Tap’in 3PL Limited is a specialist third-party logistics and drinks porterage company. We provide drinks delivery, keg washing, and ecommerce fulfilment services to breweries, distilleries, wineries, and other drinks producers operating in London, the South East, and the South West of England.
We are the data controller for the personal data we collect and process as described in this policy. This means we are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is used.
2. What personal data do we collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
When you contact us via our website, telephone, email, or LinkedIn, we may collect:

- Your business name and address
- Your email address and telephone number
- Information about your business operations (such as keg volumes, delivery requirements, or logistics setup) that you share with us in the course of enquiring about or using our services
2.2 Data collected automatically

We use HubSpot to manage our customer relationships and sales pipeline. Contact information from enquiries may be stored and managed in HubSpot. HubSpot is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and processes data in accordance with its Data Processing Agreement.

LinkedIn (advertising)
We run paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, including Lead Gen Forms. LinkedIn processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Data submitted via LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms is transferred to us and stored in HubSpot.

Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website. This data is used solely to improve the website experience. We have enabled IP anonymisation. Google processes this data in accordance with its privacy policy.

All third parties we work with are contractually required to process personal data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
6. How long we retain your data
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Our standard retention periods are:
- Enquiry data (from contact forms, LinkedIn, or email): up to 2 years from last contact, unless you become a client
- Client data (operational and contractual records): 7 years from the end of the contract, in line with HMRC requirements
- Website analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics 4 default retention)
- LinkedIn Lead Gen Form data: LinkedIn deletes lead data from their platform after 90 days — we retain transferred data in HubSpot for up to 2 years
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances
